Frank The Barber

The story of Frank the barber had to make it into the family scrapbook! It wasn't funny because Seth was now hairless (Seth has been BALD before) it was funny because this time he didn't mean to be hairless and JD thought it was HILARIOUS!

Happy Hollow

You would think that growing up in the San Jose Area I would have been to Happy Hollow before the age of 25... I had not! So when Rachel (Seth's cousin) said that it would be a fun thing to do for the day I figured why not try it right? It ended up being SUPER COOL! JD had a blast on all the rides and seeing the animals. (Even the little foxes that were mating, or playing as Seth told JD) Of course we went during the week so there weren't crazy lines or a TON of people, which is how I like it!

Nervous would not even begin to describe how I was feeling going into the Ultrasound... Boy or Girl... Boy or Girl? I didn't care either way I just wanted to know!!

Of course the Doctor had told me at my last visit that I needed to drink LOTS of water before the appointment that way they could get a good read on the images... WRONG!! I drank like 5 FULL glasses of water before the appointment and had to pee soooooo badly. When I laid down to start the Tech said to me "Do you have to pee? Because you bladder is really full." I just stared at her for a moment thinking "Are you freaking kidding me of course I have to pee so start the scan already!!!" I then calmly said "Yes, the doctor told me I needed a full bladder for the scan." The tech proceed to tell me that she did not need me to have a full bladder and that she couldn't go any further till I peed.. LAME!

Once that was over it was time to start! We found out that we are again having a long baby (no surprise if you take one look at their daddy!) Then at the very end she asked if we wanted to know what we were having...

So we are proud to announce that we are having a little girl and her name is going to be Carleen Ann Hansen! She already takes awesome pictures!!

Auntie Liz & Cool Dude

Seth's sister came to town so we could all meet her new Husband! Yep, Husband, Sean! Of course JD is just getting good at names and so he couldn't say (or didn't want to say) Sean so instead he decided that Sean would better be known as "Cool Dude"

Of course we planned a photo session and of course it rained!! I wasn't going to let that stop us from doing two things. #1 get some pictures of the newly wed couple. (Cause you always need pictures) #2 Have a awesome time, since Liz lives so far away and well we JUST met Sean.

State Fair

What more fun is there then walking around in the heat of Sacramento all day? I suppose its doing it with people you love! We packed up and met Great Grandma and Great Grandpa at the fair grounds. It was overall a great trip!

The Hunting Trip!

We met up with Papa Johnny and Grammy and went hunting for Polly Wogs!! Of course this was more of a search and research trip, except JD kept trying to eat them...Silly boy!

Gary & Tasha's Sealing

Of course JD wanted Grandpa to eat his Grape....I don't think Dwain was all that interested!

So he tried to feed his grape to Aunt Tasha!! Don't worry now that your my Aunt I have a LOT of stuff to feed you, get use to it!!

Gary had no problem finding the food...well at least the drinks... How about a cup bud!

At the end of the day it was just a long day for JD and Aunt Liz...so they took a nap!
